The hotel room we stayed in was exceptional. It was incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable. the manager, Patricia, was extremely helpful and treated us like friends. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the well-appointed room, with a wonderful kitchen and a washer/dryer that were really useful.
The parking was a bit difficult, but the staff was helpful in assisting us with that. the hotel could benefit from having more parking spaces available.

Spacious, well-equipped rooms that allowed us to feel at home during our business trip. the helpful and friendly staff made our stay even better. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance and convenient parking available.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell from the adjacent house, but closing the window helped to minimize it. the room description was not entirely accurate, as there was no mini bar, tumble dryer, or cleaning products provided.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lodge At. the owner was incredibly friendly and helped us with our bags upon arrival. Despite the tricky parking situation, the owner went out of their way to show us where we could park. the room was clean and spacious, with a well-appointed kitchenette and bathroom. the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch, and the provision of ground coffee was much appreciated. the location behind the Lygon Arms Hotel was superb, making it easy to explore Broadway and the surrounding area. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby Deli, which served the best black pudding I've ever had.
A wonderful experience. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

The value for money at the Lodge At was really good, with modern, clean rooms and a wonderful location in the heart of town.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider selection of toiletries provided, including shower gel for those who don't use shampoo and conditioner.

The room was spacious and had a full-length mirror, a comfy sofa, and a great shower. I really appreciated the mini fridge with fresh milk and the choice of teas and coffee. The daily provision of mini packets of biscuits was a nice touch. The bathroom mirror could've been better illuminated, but it was a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the room itself was clean, light, and airy, providing a comfortable stay. the staff, particularly the housekeeper Diana, were very helpful and attentive. the kitchen in the two-bedroom apartment was well-equipped, making it convenient. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the windows provided sufficient cooling during our visit.
The blinds in our room were covered in dust and the puller was broken. We tried calling the contact numbers provided, but no one answered or returned our calls.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the town. You can easily walk to various shops, bars, and restaurants. the rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. the Owl Room, for example, features charming owl decorations. the bathroom is spacious and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities.
One downside is that the walls may not be soundproof enough. This could lead to disturbances from neighboring rooms, particularly if there are families with noisy children.
